FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does it cost to rent my home with miKe z?
We strive to keep things simple. We charge an annual $250 marketing fee, plus 20% commission on the rental rate of your home. Credit card processing fees may apply. We do require that your home be up to our Mike Z Standards prior to your final walk-thru before renting. If more than two items on the standards list are not met by that time, you will be charged a one-time $295 fee for us to bring your home up to our standards. Don’t worry though.
